How do I upload a prescription?

Click 'Upload Prescription' at the top of any page. Fill in your details and attach a clear photo or PDF of your prescription. Our pharmacists review it and contact you by phone or email with pricing and delivery details.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1-2 days within Lagos, Ogun and Abuja once your order is confirmed. You can also choose free pickup at any of our branches, and track any order with your order number on the Track an Order page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Online orders are currently paid by bank transfer: our team confirms your order and shares payment details by phone or email. Card and USSD payments online are coming soon. You can pay in store at any branch.

Can I speak to a pharmacist online?

Yes. Pharmacist consultations are free. Use the live chat button on any page, or book a session via 'Speak to a Pharmacist' and choose a phone call, WhatsApp chat or video call.

What if I can't find the medication I need?

Accepted Answer

Use our 'Order Special Medication' service. Tell us the drug, strength and quantity, and our procurement team will source it through our verified distributor network, usually getting back to you within 24 hours.

How do I get a refill of my prescription?

Accepted Answer

Upload your current prescription again, or chat with us and a pharmacist will guide you. For repeat prescriptions, your doctor may need to issue a new one.
