Eligible returns

Unopened, non-prescription products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup with proof of purchase.

For safety reasons, dispensed and prescription medicines cannot be returned unless they were supplied in error or are defective.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
